This , when we are busy decorating our homes and courtyards with colorful lights, there are also a few fellow citizens who are invested in lighting up the dark lives of the extreme poor and helpless, like beggars.

They are the 2719 Member Customers, Mentor Partners, and Social Investors of Citizens for Begging Free India spread all over India, from Agartala to Jammu, and 23 foreign cities from Texas to Homburg.

Without them, Beggars Corporation would have remained a dream forever. They gave me the confidence and capability to refuse some VCs, Shark Tank India, and investors who do not align with our purpose.

I am just a humble representative of their collective conscience.

Good news for the change-makers and the Members of Citizens for Begging Free India (CBFI)! The National Human Rights Commission of India is seriously taking up the issue of human rights of the —the poorest and helpless class of the society.

Both the acting chairperson, madam Vijaya Bharathi Sayani and Secretary General Bharat Lal ji are not only thinking out-of-box, but also determined to produce results. The proposed Aadhaar enrollment of India's 5 lakh odd beggars, the recognition as the rightful citizens of the country, will lead to much-needed social inclusion and eradication of beggary. It will be a milestone in the history of humanity and the civilization of India.

This was for the first time Beggars Corporation was invited by NHRC. With such active support of the commission and coordination with the civil society organizations, we can expect to achieve the dream of a in 4-5 years, as a symbol of .

Management of an impact industry is not so easy. Take the case of Beggars Corporation; it's the body of a corporation with the soul of a social organization. The here is less of a chief executive officer and more of a chief empowerment officer.

It was the first-of-its-kind experience for me when head of beggar-turned-entrepreneurs Mirchmala Didi tied Rakshi to my hand. Though she had undergone an operation and was hospitalized, she came with her daughter specifically to observe .

Coincidentally, we had a guest from Ahmedabad Mr Biplabketan Paul, at the same time, and Mirchmala Didi also tied Rakshi to him.

Earlier our lady BTEs prepared and send pure Rudraksh to the Members of Citizens for Begging Free India.
