Today Surendranagar District Congress Committee gave Aavedan Patra to the District Collector on rising prices of food and other essential commodities... Particularly the prices of Tur deal which have reached Rs. 200 per kg.
Common man now has to quit eating pulses also.
It is pertinent to note that the lower and middle class has already stopped eating onions and tomatoes....
We can only thank the previous UPA Government for the Right to Food otherwise we would also have to quit eating rice and wheat....
The current regime has not been able ensure good prices of commodities to farmers and neither been able to reduce prices of pulses, edible oil for end users.
It is only protecting the middle man or stockists or blackmarketeers or Dalals .........
So unfortunate to have a Government of blackmarketeers at the Centre.....

A Sarva Rog Nidaan Camp was organised at Gharshala, Wadhwan, by Subodhbhai Joshi, President of Surendranagar District Yuva Vikas Trust, Naagarbhai Solanki, President, Shiv Shakti Seva Dal , Khushalbhai Parmar, Vinodbhai Makwana, Dineshbhai Chauhan and other associated members as per photo 1....
Simultaneously the handicapped were given certificates by the Chief guest, Civil Surgeon Dr. Harish Vasetian...
A facility to get spot Shram Yogi cards and Aadhar cards was also provided by the volunteers....
Very renowned doctors like Dr. P V Lakum(physician) , Dr. Jayesh Vasetian(opthalmic) , Dr. Nija Shah(ENT) , Dr. G. J. Golani(gynac), Dr. Yogendra Solanki(ortho), Dr. Jigar Parmar (dermatologist), Dr. Nirali Joshi (Urban Health Officer) with their paramedic staff attended the Shram Daan.......
District Congress President Manubhai Patel, Wadhwan City Congress President Vikram Dave, Mohanbhai Patel, Khimjibhai Sindhav, Rashidbhai Kondhiya, Mahadev Dalvadi, Kishorebhai Chavda, Dilip Dagla, Bashir Pathan, Bhuva were present amongst others to make this camp successful....
Very good social work taken up by Subodhbhai Joshi and group of the two NGOs...
The party appreciates and wishes them to continue doing this kind of social work for the society....

Today we had a lot of senior Congressmen in the form of Surendranagar District Observers Shri Pratapbhai Varuji, Shri Vegadji, Shri Ravindra Tarvaris and our EX-MP Shri Somabhai Patel, Our EX-MLA Shri Nandkishore Dave, District Congress President Shri Manubhai Patel at Vikramfarm at 10am.
We all had a Congress workers' get together where approximately senior Wadhwan City Congress Workers (both men and women) participated.
The agenda was how to go to polls of Nagarpalika in coming times.
Fantastic inputs were given by both guests and workers.....
Congress stands United and will fight BJP with all strength and honour....

This morning Vikram Dave, Giriraajsinh Zala, Rashid Kondhiya and Dilipbhai Dagla visited Ward 12 areas of Koli para and Bhil para where we received complaints of gutters overflowing and no sanitation happening for the last 3 months.
This situation is without rains, imagine what will happen once rain water adds to the gutter waters. ......Shame on Wadhwan Nagarpalika.
