వ్యవసాయేతర భూములు, ఆస్తుల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియను నవంబర్ 23 తారీఖు నుంచి ప్రారంభించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ కె. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు నిర్ణయించారు. ఇప్పటికే తన చేతుల మీదుగా ధరణి పోర్టల్ ప్రారంభం అయిన నేపథ్యంలో, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ సోమేశ్ కుమార్ వ్యవసాయేతర భూములు, ఆస్తుల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ను లాంచ్ చేస్తారని సీఎం తెలిపారు.
ఇవాళ ప్రగతిభవన్ లో జరిగిన సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో సీఎం ఇందుకు సంబంధించి ఉన్నతాధికారులతో చర్చించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా సీఎం మాట్లాడుతూ ‘‘ధరణి పోర్టల్ ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రారంభించిన వ్యవసాయ భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియ ప్రజల ఆదరణ పొందుతున్నది. అద్భుతమైన ప్రతిస్పందన వస్తున్నది. భూ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియలో ఒక చారిత్రక శకం ఆరంభమైనట్టుగా తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు భావిస్తున్నరు. ధరణి ద్వారా వారి వ్యవసాయ భూములకు భరోసా దొరికిందనే సంతృప్తిని నిశ్చింతను వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నరు. క్షేత్రస్థాయి నుంచి వచ్చిన ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ అద్భుతంగా వున్నది. ధరణి పోర్టల్ చిన్న చిన్న సమస్యలను అధిగమించింది. మరో మూడు నాలుగు రోజులలో నూటికి నూరుశాతం అన్ని రకాల సమస్యలను అధిగమించనున్నది. ఎక్కడి సమస్యలు అక్కడ చక్కబడినంకనే వ్యవసాయేతర భూములు, ఆస్తుల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియను ప్రారంభించాలనుకున్నం. అందుకే కొన్ని రోజులు వేచి చూశాం. నవంబర్ 23 సోమవారం నాడు ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ సోమేశ్ కుమార్ వ్యవసాయేతర భూములు, ఆస్తుల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియను లాంచ్ చేస్తారు. ధరణి పోర్టల్ అద్భుతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దినందుకు అధికారులను మనస్పూర్తిగ అభినందిస్తున్న’’ అని సీఎం అన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో మంత్రులు శ్రీ పువ్వాడ అజయ్ కుమార్, శ్రీమతి సబితా ఇంద్రారెడ్డి, రైతుబంధు సమితి రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షులు ఎమ్మెల్సీ, శ్రీ పల్లా రాజేశ్వర్ రెడ్డి, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ సోమేశ్ కుమార్, సీఎం ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శి శ్రీ నర్సింగరావు, రెవిన్యూ శాఖ కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ శేషాద్రి, ఆర్ధిక శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ రామకృష్ణారావు, సీఎంఓ అధికారులు, ఎంఏయుడీ డైరక్టర్ శ్రీ సత్యనారాయణ, పంచాయితీ రాజ్ కమీషనర్ శ్రీ రఘునందన్ రావు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Chief Minister Sri K. Chandrashekar Rao has decided to commence the non-agriculture lands and properties registration process from Nov 23. Since he had already launched the agriculture lands and properties registration process through the Dharani Portal, Chief Secretary Sri Somesh Kumar would launch the non-agriculture lands registration process, the CM said.
The CM discussed the matter at a high-level review meeting held at Pragathi Bhavan here on Sunday with the officials concerned. Speaking on the occasion, the CM said,” The process of registration of agriculture lands through the Dharani portal launched by the government has become popular among the people and it received a very good response from them. People in Telangana are of the view that a historical era has begun in the land registration. People are happy that the registration process through Dharani Portal has given their lands security thereby giving them immense satisfaction. The feedback coming from the field level is wonderful. The Dharani Portal has overcome the initial teething problems. In another three to four days it would overcome all the initial problems. We have decided to commence registration of non-agriculture lands and properties only after getting all the matters pertaining Dharani Portal are cleared. Hence we waited for some days. On Nov 23, Monday, Chief Secretary Sri Somesh Kumar will launch the registration process for the non-agriculture lands and properties. I congratulate the officials concerned for developing the Dharani in a wonderful way.”
