Post payment Bank and RRB merger.,
Merit and Demerits.
WE OPPOSE AMALGAMATION OF RRBs WITH POST BANK. WE DEMAND FORMATION OF NATIONAL RURAL BANK OF INDIA(NRBI)
1.post pay bank is loss making unit and RRB are weak banks as compared to other commercial banks. New unit formed will weak and unviable. In marath it is said that उघड्यापासी नागडं गेलं आणि दोघेही थंडीत रात्रभर मेले.
2.... Structure s are different.
3.. pay scales of employee's different.
4... Controlling authority differant.
5..staffing pattern differant.
6... RRB pay revision now as per commercial bank will delinked and revision process will new and entirely different.
7. Clientele base different.
8... Complications in seniority , staff sevice regulation ,control will arrive.
9.. there will great loss to staff of RRB.
Merits. .
1--- unit may either central goverment unit or state gov unit or in private structure.
2... Sponsor banks will not have any roles.
3. Postal clintal will increase with RRB
4... Postal payments bank business such as government bonds etc will increase.
5... Possibility of staff in RRB becames central goi staff with protection of goi staff security.
6...possibility of boosting by goi for capital,
7...helps of gov business.
8... Increase in infrastructures of no of branches network.
9... recognisable all over India.
10.. Bank staff will either central gov , state gov staff or private company staff or separately body corporate. In addition no of merits and Demerits are there. Any how new structure will not beneficial to RRB staff
