Mental Health Center in Duhok سەنتەرێ ساخلەمیا دەروونی ل دهوکێ MHC is the first specialized Child & Adolescent Mental Health Center in Kurdistan region – Iraq.

سه‌نته‌رێ ساخله‌میا ده‌روونی یه‌که‌مین سه‌نته‌ره‌ ل کوردستانێ هاتیه‌ دامه‌زراندن ژبۆ پێشکێشکرنا چاره‌سازی، ره‌وشه‌نبیری و راوێژکاریا ده‌روونی جڤاکی، هه‌روه‌سا یێ ئێکانه‌یه‌ کو چاره‌سه‌ریا ده‌روونی ژ بۆ خێزانان پێشکێش دکه‌ت. سه‌نته‌ر ، کو ل گولانا ۲۰۰۱ ێ ب هه‌ڤکاریا وه‌زاره‌تا ساخله‌میا هه‌رێما کوردستانێ و رێکخراوا دیاکونیا یا سویدی هاتیه‌ دامه‌زراندن ، ژ چه‌ندین پشکان پێک دهێت و خزمه‌تێن جۆراوجۆر پێشکێش دکه‌ت. The most important services that MHC provides are:
1- Psychometric measurement
2- Treatment and counselling services like Psychotherapy, drug therapy, anger replacement therapy, behavioral therapy, speech therapy, play therapy and life skills education.
3- Community awareness and education through TV and Radio programs and Psychologia magazine.
4- Practiculum University teaching for the under and post graduated students of medicine and psychology.
5- Conducting scientific researches and surveys in mental health related themes.
