Assyrian Hot Dog - "The Frank Wrap Qadeem"

Recipe:

1. Dice the following: an all-beef hot dog into 5cm cubes, a 1/4 onion, and a seeded jalapeno.
2. Sautee in a teaspoon of butter and a teaspoon of avocado oil.
3. Let everything caramelize with the Maillard reaction.
4. Take about half cup of sauerkraut and drain it well.
5. Add the sauerkraut and cook until it becomes slightly darker.
6. Turn off the heat once everything is nicely caramelized.
7. Fill a tortilla, pita, or lavash, wrap it up tightly, and toast it.

Dip it in a spicy aioli made of yellow mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and sweet pickle relish.

To my genetic brethren, the Maronite or Melkite Lebanese, Chaldean Assyrians, and the self-identifying "Arab" Christians of Iraq & Syria. Learn your own histories for once in your lives. You refer to yourselves by foreign Exonyms. Your Endonym is Suryaya/Suryoyo. It literally translates to "Syrian," and yes, that name is derived from "Assyria." Phoenicians referred to themselves as Canaanites. The Greeks referred to them as Phoenicians. To the Romans, Chaldean meant "Astrologer" or "Magician". These names were pejorative terms towards us like the "N-Word". These are insults towards our people. Learn your real names and quit insisting on being uneducated morons. Side note, yes, there are Arab Christians, but the vast majority that identify as such are Ba'athists of sorts with twisted irredentist ideologies of Arab supremacy over indigenous identity. The Islamic Arabs are colonial occupiers of our native lands. They had Arabia, and we had Assyria. They are not us, and we are not them.
