What three days those have been! It has been a great pleasure to have the chance to welcome to Florence such brilliant wedding planners like Elegante by Michelle J, The Vermilion Company , KIS Cubed Events , SoEvent Monaco and Pulp Event!

Big thank-you to Lungarno Collection for hosting at Hotel Lungarno us during the entire weekend and the incredible visits of all the properties including Palazzo Capponi, Cibrèo Ristorante, Helvetia & Bristol Firenze - Starhotels Collezione and FOODY FARM Firenze for the delicious dinners, HR tours for the breathtaking tour at Piazzale Michelangelo with the unique vintage cars, ViIla di Maiano for the exclusive visit, The Westin Excelsior, Florence for the delicious light lunch at Sesto on Arno Restaurant & Bar, Città di Firenze for allowing us to visit the romantic Red Hall in Palazzo Vecchio and Palazzo Gondi Vittoria Gondi for the spectacular visit, The Mall Luxury Outlets - Firenze for the incredible shopping and image consultant experience, and Toscanini for the lovely lunch. Did someone say "wedding"? ✨
Today, during Italy for Weddings The Event, our dearest friends of Convention Bureau Italia have presented national industry data about last year, resulting from the 'Destination Weddings in Italy Observatory' carried out by and funded by the Ministero del Turismo. And they are simply GREAT.🤝

The results highlight a record-breaking 2023, with a turnover of about 803 million euros and a +22.3% in the number of celebrated weddings! Compared to 2022, the average stay of the newlyweds and guests decreases, but the average number of guests at ceremonies increases instead. 🍾

Next week we will join our friends from Convention Bureau Italia for their super " Italy for Weddings , The Event", the national event for international buyers operating in the wedding and destination wedding industry. We can't wait to meet you all there!

The last few days spent in the wonderful were absolutely incredible, and we want to take this moment to express our gratitude to all who made this press tour a true success. 🇮🇹

Together with Qui Maremma Toscana , on behalf of Toscana Promozione Turistica , we had the privilege of exploring this area, and what a revelation it has been!

🌿 From the rolling hills to the picturesque coastline, the Maremma is a dreamy backdrop for weddings.
