SABATO 27 AGOSTO 2022 - SULLE TRACCE DEL BANDITO ZANZANU’: TRA STORIA E LEGGENDA - 🤩Negli splendidi scenari di Droane e del Droanello - Escursione con guida certificata - Partecipazione gratuita e registrazione obbligatoria.
Quinta tappa del programma TREKKING AND CULTURE del progetto Europeo SPACHE del Comune di Gargnano.
Intrigante viaggio fatto di tante storie in una cornice di altri tempi che si addentra nella valle del Droanello, nel cuore del Parco Alto Garda Bresciano. Sulle tracce del famoso bandito Giovanni Beatrice detto Zanzanù, giungeremo al “Cùel del Zanzanù”, che fu rifugio e nascondiglio del Bandito braccato dai soldati veneti.
Percorrendo gli stessi sentieri che videro il peregrinare del bandito, continueremo sulla sinistra orografica della valle proseguendo fino ai prati di Droane, un luogo magico che custodisce l’antico passato di questa valle. Visiteremo alcune baite, alcune incredibilmente ancora abitate, e la chiesetta di San Vigilio che protegge questi territori e salvaguarda una storia quasi dimenticata.
Il rientro sarà per una più facile sterrata che ci permetterà di ammirare la bellezza del torrente Droanello.

Fifth stage of the TREKKING AND CULTURE program of the European SPACHE project of the Municipality of Gargnano.
Intriguing journey made of many stories in a setting of other times that goes into the Droanello valley, in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park. On the trail of the famous bandit Giovanni Beatrice known as Zanzanù, we will reach the "Cùel del Zanzanù", which was the refuge and hiding place of the Bandit hunted by Venetian soldiers.
Following the same paths that saw the bandit's wanderings, we will continue on the orographic left of the valley continuing to the meadows of Droane, a magical place that preserves the ancient past of this valley. We will visit some huts, some incredibly still inhabited, and the church of San Vigilio that protects these territories and safeguards an almost forgotten history.
The return will be for an easier dirt road that will allow us to admire the beauty of the Droanello stream.
