Temporary Housing Offices Closure – September 2, 2026

Please be advised that all NSA Naples Housing Offices — Economy, Family, Warehouse, and UH — will temporarily close on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for an approved command function.

Normal operations will resume at 2:00 p.m.

There will be no impact to pre-scheduled appointments during this time, and front desk phones will remain staffed to assist with urgent inquiries.

🏠 NSA NAPLES HOUSING NOTICE
Annual Fire Protection System Inspections (PMIs)

Mirabella will conduct mandatory annual Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) on Fire Protection Systems in designated housing units.

Technicians must enter all affected units briefly (a few minutes) to verify strobe light functionality. For security and access, a designated Housing representative will es**rt technicians and monitor entry into all units.

⚠️ WATER OUTAGE NOTICE ⚠️
Attention Residents of Buildings 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2005:

Please be advised that on Tuesday, August 4, from 0900 to 1200, potable water service will be temporarily unavailable.

Contractors will be working to repair a leak in the underground water distribution system near Building 2114. This temporary shutdown is necessary to safely complete the repairs and restore full service to our community.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience as our teams work to resolve this issue quickly!

🚨 UPDATE: Full HVAC Replacement Cancellation & Postponement (July 22–24)

What is happening?
Due to the ongoing impact of an unexpected crane breakdown, ALL scheduled HVAC replacements for the remainder of this week (Wednesday, July 22 through Friday, July 24) have been CANCELLED.

When will this be rescheduled?
We are actively working to establish a new timeline for all impacted buildings. Updated schedules and new dates will be shared with the community as soon as possible.

Affected Buildings (Postponed):
Wednesday, July 22: Buildings 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010
Thursday, July 23: Buildings 2013, 2053, 2101, 2111, 2141, 2143
Friday, July 24: Buildings 2146, 2119, 2121, 2153

Please ignore previous notices indicating that Thursday or Friday schedules might proceed. We sincerely apologize for this disruption and appreciate your continued patience and cooperation as we work to resolve these equipment challenges.

Important HVAC Replacement Schedule Update:

Due to an unexpected crane breakdown, the HVAC replacement scheduled for today (Wednesday, July 22) has unfortunately been cancelled. We are working to reschedule this as soon as possible and will share the new date shortly.

The replacements scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday, July 23) and Friday (July 24) are currently pending confirmation. We will post a further update this afternoon once we have more information.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

Please be advised that the Teverola - Navy Housing Warehouse, Building 2094A, will close early on Thursday, June 18, from 1400 to 1600, to accommodate a scheduled mosquito spray treatment. Warehouse operations will resume normal business hours on Monday, June 22, 2026.
