🌿 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓À, 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐄 𝐅𝐔𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐎 𝐃𝐄𝐋 𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐊𝐎
Il 6 agosto, a Palazzo Palmieri, abbiamo condiviso un prezioso momento di confronto dedicato al futuro della lingua e della cultura grika.
Un grazie speciale a 𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐠𝐥𝐢 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚 𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐚 che hanno partecipato al talk, portando esperienze, competenze e idee di futuro. Il loro contributo è stato fondamentale per continuare a costruire una 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐢ù 𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐚 𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐥𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐨.
Grazie a 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐨 𝐑𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢 e 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨 per aver presentato le attività in corso di 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐕𝐄 e per aver voluto, nell’ambito del progetto europeo, questo momento di incontro e confronto. Un appuntamento che contribuirà a rendere ancora più efficace il contributo della 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭à 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐚 alle attività di REVIVE e ai percorsi di rivitalizzazione della lingua e del patrimonio culturale.
Un grazie anche a 𝐆𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐚 della 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐝𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚, per aver portato nel dialogo una riflessione importante sull'𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐢 𝐥𝐮𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐢 𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐥 𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢 “𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐞”, mettendo al centro il rapporto tra comunità, territori e futuro.
Prezioso è stato inoltre il contributo delle immagini: dal 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐝𝐢 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐢 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐕𝐄 al documentario “𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐨”, che ha accompagnato la riflessione attraverso una narrazione concreta del legame tra persone, territorio e nuove prospettive per le aree interessate dallo spopolamento.
Una serata che ci ricorda quanto la rivitalizzazione dei luoghi e delle lingue vanno costruiti insieme, con un percorso condiviso fatto di persone, comunità, memoria, partecipazione e nuove generazioni.

On 6 August, at Palazzo Palmieri, we shared a valuable moment of discussion dedicated to the future of the Griko language and culture.
A special thank you to 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 who took part in the talk, bringing their experiences, knowledge and ideas for the future. Their contribution was essential in continuing to build an 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 for the promotion, transmission and safeguarding of Griko.
Thanks to 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐨 𝐑𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢 and 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨 for presenting the ongoing activities of 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐕𝐄 and for creating this opportunity for dialogue and exchange as part of the European project. This meeting will help make the contribution of the 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 to REVIVE activities and to the revitalisation of the language and cultural heritage even more effective.
A special thanks also to 𝐆𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐚 from 𝐋𝐚 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐝𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚, for bringing an important reflection on the 𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 and the return to the concept of “𝐢𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠”, placing the relationship between communities, territories and the future at the heart of the discussion.
The images also made a valuable contribution: from the 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 to the documentary “𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐨”, which enriched the discussion through a powerful account of the relationship between people, territory and new perspectives for areas affected by depopulation.
An evening that reminded us that the revitalisation of places and languages must be built together, through a shared journey made of people, communities, memory, participation and new generations.
