This week via CREDO, CDR Benton and LCDR James Hardy, had the opportunity to facilitate a Strengths Discovery Encounter Leadership Training CliftonStrengths, focused on helping leaders in the military community identify their strengths, lead with courage, and build greater awareness of how they influence the people around them.
Strong leadership is not about trying to lead like everyone else.
It is about understanding your strengths, developing them intentionally, and using them to blaze a trail for others to grow, lead, and thrive.
When leaders operate from clarity instead of comparison, they lead with greater confidence, resilience, authenticity, and purpose.
Leadership Principle:
Leaders who understand their strengths are better equipped to develop the strengths of others.
Keep growing.
Keep developing.
Keep blazing trails.
