Join the presentation of the new MMM Coordinated Call and discover the cooperation opportunities promoted by the Mediterranean Multi-Programme Mechanism, the initiative bringing together ten Mediterranean Interreg Programmes to strengthen synergies, capitalisation and impact in support of sustainable tourism. The event will also mark the official launch of the Mediterranean Peer Learning Visits (MPLVs), a new tool designed to facilitate knowledge exchange and the transfer of solutions among projects funded by Interreg Programmes across the Mediterranean area.

Ogni anno, migliaia di tonnellate di Posidonia spiaggiata vengono raccolte e smaltite come rifiuto. Un costo per i territori, una criticità per le coste.
Di che cifra parliamo?
OLTRE 3500 TONNELLATE SOLO A MALTA.

Ma anche le coste siciliane affrontano lo stesso problema.
E se non fosse un problema, ma una risorsa?
Se quella Posidonia oceanica che ha un impatto negativo sulla fruibilità delle spiagge e che rappresenta una voce di costo elevata per gli Enti che si occupano di raccolta, trasporto e smaltimento diventasse un valore?

Da costo ambientale a opportunità: PARTE DA QUI E CAMBIA PROSPETTIVA trasformando quella stessa biomassa in risorsa per la zootecnia.

Non tutto ciò che viene scartato è davvero uno scarto.
