The Villa is located in the countryside that surrounds the Vesuvius, an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can relax after having visited one of the most sensational archeological sites in the world. The rooms are all equipped with double beds, private bathrooms and terraces making each one of the room a high standard ensuite. The Villa also presents a large garden with a 20mX10m swimming po

ol and a indoor play room for the younger travellers. The swimming pool is thought for children and adults with depth ranging from 1.2m to 3 m, enabling good swimming and a safe space for the children. The Garden also continues behind the Villa where a wood oven and a barbecue will grant you the possibility of preparing the best Italian meals. the Villa Pompeiana also disposes of a large parking space with up to 7 cars being able to park. Pompei Garden House will be entirely available for it's guests. A pair of keys and a remote control for the gate will be furnished. The person responsible of the villa lives in the same road 50 meters away from the property and he is available at anytime. Reception and information of the guests will be ensured. It will also be possible to organize transport to and from all the major center of interests in Campania and the main arrival points like the Naples Airport or the train stations of Napoli and Salerno. The centrality of the Villa in Campania makes it unique . Everyday you can decide where to go knowing that it will never be too far from your holiday Villa. The property is, 10 minutes away by car, from Pompeii, 10 minutes from the archeological site of Oplonti, 20 minutes from the ruins of Herculaneum, 5 minutes from the Vesuvius National Park and 25 minutes from the Amalfitan and Sorrento coast. Large cities like Naples and Salerno are both just half an hour away by car or by train. You can easily discover the cities with the pleasure of coming back to sleep or relax in the countryside. At the end, you can visit two of the most beautiful islands in Italy, Ischia and Capri. From the Port of Castellamare (15 minutes away by car) or Port of Naples (30 minutes away by car), you can take numerous ferries and hydrofoils to reach in less than 1 hour the islands of Capri and Ischia. The Villa is a 10 minute walk from the metropolitan railway station (Circumevesuviana) that can take you to the most beautiful tourist spots in the Vesuvian area and in Naples . The National Rail station of Scafati is less than 10 minutes by car and the station of Pompeii is less than 15 minutes by car. The region's two main highways converge at 1km from the Villa, thanks to a new road junction that allows quick access to the rest of Campania's territory.
