MenB vaccine clinics continue from today at the Town Church Hall.

Eligible Year 13 students and young people under 25 starting university or moving into halls for the first time this autumn are encouraged to attend as soon as possible. Two doses are needed for the best protection, with at least 28 days between doses.

Walk-in clinics. No appointment required.

Please bring: • Photo ID showing your date of birth
• A university offer letter if you're attending as a fresher outside the current Year 13 age group

Six colourful graffiti panels created by young people from schools and youth projects across Jersey have been installed on the hoarding around the future Ann Street Youth Centre site.

The panels reflect themes important to young people, including friendship, inclusion, creativity, sport, music, wellbeing and belonging.

Supporting the emotional wellbeing of young people is central to life at Le Rocquier School and counsellor Abigail Allison is at the heart of that work.

As part of the Educational Psychology Department within Children, Young People, Education and Skills, Abigail provides structured therapeutic support that helps students understand their emotions, build confidence and develop healthy coping strategies.

Her day‑to‑day work includes one‑to‑one sessions, small group interventions and responding to moments of crisis, ensuring students’ emotional and physical safety is always prioritised.

Delivered in partnership with Highlands College, this fully-funded programme brought together staff from 20 schools.

We are incredibly proud of their hard work, dedication and achievement.
