Today marks a significant step forward in expanding safe, regulated access within Jamaica’s medicinal cannabis landscape.

As we officially launched the Medicinal Cannabis Special Permit Programme, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a framework that is inclusive, responsible, and aligned with global best practices.
This initiative opens new pathways for patients, supports innovation within the industry, and strengthens our role as a progressive regulator.
