Mr Leonardo Brown, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), recently convened the JCF Technology Branch’s All Officers’ Meeting at Branch Headquarters, bringing together officers from across the Branch. The senior officers included Superintendents Mr Orette Bascoe and Ms Susan Bruce, Deputy Superintendents Mrs Julett Watson, Mr Cecil McCalla, Mr Nigel Brown, Ms Tanya King, and Mr Ralston Walker.

The meeting highlighted the JCF’s 6th strategic priority (Enhancing Efficiency through Technology) and the Technology Branch’s vital role in advancing the Force’s crime reduction efforts through the strategic use of technology, data, and information systems. The officers were encouraged to uphold accountability, professionalism, and collaboration while aligning their work with the Branch’s vision and objectives.

The session reinforced a collective commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and supporting the JCF’s mission of creating a safer Jamaica for all.

A labour of Love! ❤️

A resident of Frenchman’s Height, St. Catherine was touched by a labour of love by the members of the Green Acres Police Station.

Serveant Clarine Brooks led a team of officers to the home of Mr Kenneth Oldacre, a visually impaired amputee who resides alone in Frenchman’s Heights. The team debushed his yard, slashed and burned debris, and handed him a care package.

In the JCF, we are one people with one purpose and on a mission to serve our people. This initiative embodies this oneness in our .

Mr Oldacre was a victim of a missing persons report. Ever since the police found him, the team in Green Acres has remained constant in offering much-needed assistance and a reassuring presence. Indeed, in all things, the community and Jamaica win. The smile on his face is a testament.

Seventy-two-year-old Primrose Hall of Grays Hill Mews, Villa Road in Mandeville, Manchester, has been missing since Sunday, June 7.

She is of brown complexion, slim build, and about 165centimetres (5 feet 5 inches) tall.

Reports from the Mandeville Police are that at about 8:00 a.m., Hall was last seen at home. Her mode of dress at the time she went missing is unknown and all efforts to locate her have proven futile.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Primrose Hall is asked to contact the Mandeville Police Station at 876- 962-2250, the 119 police emergency number, or the nearest police station.
