Officer Training Corp - JCCF The Officer Training Corps (OTC) is the cell of the JCCF that has responsibility for providing initial and continuation training for JCCF Adult Volunteers.

The Officer Training Corps (OTC) is the cell of the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force (JCCF) that has responsibility for providing initial and continuation training for the Adult Volunteers of the JCCF. It is the JCCF's Center of Excellence for Leadership Development.
