Police Civilian Oversight Authority Jamaica The PCOA is tasked to assist in the transformation of the Jamaica Constabulary Force. To achieve this end, the PCOA will:

The PCOA is an independent agency that falls under the Ministry of National Security and Peace, with a mandate to provide oversight of the JCF through timely, transparent, and effective monitoring processes that drive accountability and culture change.
