Brand Jamaica is more than a destination, it is a global cultural force. 🇯🇲

Dr. Carey Wallace, TEF’s Executive Director, joined a panel discussion at Jamaican Journeys hosted at the Bob Marley Museum Lecture Theatre, where he engaged a group of students from Bentley University on the topic: “Brand Jamaica: Unveiling Brands, Culture, and Consumer Trends.”

The discussion highlighted the importance of leveraging culture, authenticity and innovation to strengthen Brand Jamaica for future generations.

Gastronomy is about more than the food on the plate. It’s about the fresh ingredients, the skilled hands, the cultural traditions, and the dedicated people who make every culinary experience possible.

Today, the Jamaica Forum on Gastronomy Tourism was a celebration of the entire journey, from farm to table and everyone in between. From farmers and producers to chefs, entrepreneurs, and tourism stakeholders, the forum showcased the connections that keep Jamaica’s gastronomy sector thriving.

A true display of the people, passion, and processes that make Jamaican cuisine so special. 🇯🇲🍽️
