Some common beliefs deserve a closer look.

MYTH VS FACT 🤍

Myth: Cremation is always quick and impersonal.

Fact: Families can create a private, meaningful farewell with time, space, dignity, and connection.

At Meadowrest, we understand that every goodbye is personal. Our private farewell spaces allow families the opportunity to reflect, gather, pray, and honor their loved one in a calm and respectful environment before cremation.

Because meaningful moments matter.

This photo marks more than the cutting of a ribbon. It marks the beginning of a new chapter in memorial care in Jamaica.

The official launch of the Meadowrest Crematorium represents dignity, compassion, sustainability, and expanded choice for Jamaican families during life’s most difficult moments.

Thank you to our distinguished guests, partners, clergy, public officials, funeral industry stakeholders, media, and community members who joined us for this historic occasion.

Together, we are helping to shape the future of memorial care in Jamaica, with respect, innovation, and humanity at the centre of it all.

In our latest blog, we explore what a columbarium is, why families choose it, and how it provides comfort, dignity, and connection through remembrance.

To all mothers, those with us, those remembered, and those forever held in our hearts, we honor you today. 🤍

Mother’s Day can bring joy, reflection, love, and remembrance all at once.
Today, we celebrate the strength, warmth, and lasting impact of every mother and mother figure who has touched our lives.

May their love continue to live on in our memories, our families, and our hearts.
