An interview moderated by Ms Jana Karasová, regional 🇨🇿 Czech reporter resident in 🇯🇴 Jordan, offered a compelling testimony of the amazing work of women artisans in the Zarqa Life Center.
🇨🇿CzechAid is supporting women handcrafting soaps and other products, thus helping the community centre in 🇯🇴 Zarqa to become sustainable. The focus is on the empowerment of women and Palestinian and Syrian refugees 🇨🇿🫶🇯🇴.

🇨🇿CzechAid supports the Lutheran Word Federation’s community centre in Zarqa 🇯🇴 To enhance their reach, CdA a.i. Tereza Valášková and Ms Islam Shdefat, LWF programme coordinator for Jordan and Syria, signed a joint contract amendment 🇨🇿🤝🇯🇴.
The LWF community centre will be upgraded with 🇨🇿 Czech support. This entails the construction of environmentally sustainable ☀️ solar panel power generation, provided by the 🇯🇴branch of the 🇨🇿 company “Solarity”.

Their 🇨🇿🤝🇯🇴 cooperation was also shored up with generous 🇨🇿CzechAid donations to several hospitals in 🇯🇴.
