🌏 Foreign residents who speak basic Japanese and people from outside Ginowan City are welcome to join. 🌏
🗣️Ask youth association members about their activities and Eisa. 🗣️
※Please note that the survey will be conducted in Japanese language.

🌞 Watch Out for Heatstroke
Heatstroke can occur when you exercise or work under high temperature outside as well as indoors.
⚠️ Symptoms of heat stroke include an increase in body temperature, dizziness, fatigue, convulsions, or cognitive dysfunction.
🚑 In case of emergency: Call 119 if someone loses consciousness or is unable to respond.

🌞 熱中症（ねっちゅうしょう）に 気（き）をつけましょう！
熱中症（ねっちゅうしょう）は、外（そと）だけでなく、家（いえ）の中（なか）でも なります。
暑（あつ）い 日（ひ）に、運動（うんどう）や 仕事（しごと）を しているときに 起（お）こりやすいです。
⚠️ こんな 症状（しょうじょう）が あります
・体温（たいおん）が 高（たか）くなる
・めまい がする
・体（からだ）が だるい
・けいれん がある
・考（かんが）えたり 話（はな）したり することが むずかしくなる
🚑 緊急（きんきゅう）の とき
意識（いしき）が ない、返事（へんじ）が できない などの 場合（ばあい）は、119番（ばん） に 電話（でんわ）してください。
