志賀海神社　七夕祭✨
Shikaumi Shrine Tanabata Festival🎋

竹灯籠の柔らかな光にライトアップされる志賀海神社とても幻想的✨
子どもたちが手作りした心温まる「紙灯明」も並びます！
会場では、飲食店の出店や手持ち提灯の販売など楽しめる催しが盛りだくさん！

旧暦7月7日に、博多湾岸の漁師たちが、大漁旗をかかげ、海の守り神である志賀海神社に漁の安全と大漁を祈願して参拝する行事です。
現在は8月6・7日両日に行っています。

博多港から志賀島までは、
市営渡船でわずか30分の快適な船旅🚢
心地よい海風を感じながら、お祭りへの期待感を高めます☺️

この夏は少し足を延ばして、
志賀島へ特別な夏の思い出を作りませんか？🌟

開催期間
日時：2026年8月6日(木)～8月7日(金) 17時～21時

Shigaumi Shrine, illuminated by the soft glow of bamboo lanterns, looks truly magical ✨
There’ll also be a display of heart-warming ‘paper lanterns’ handmade by the children!
Also plenty of fun activities at the venue, including food and drink stalls and the sale of handheld lanterns!

On the 7th day of the 7th month of the lunar calendar, fishermen from the Hakata Bay area hoist their ‘bountiful catch’ flags and visit Shigaumi Shrine, the guardian deity of the sea, to pray for safe fishing and a bountiful catch.
This festival is now held on both the 6th and 7th of August.

The journey from Hakata Port to Shika Island is a comfortable 30-minute city ferry trip 🚢
Feel the pleasant sea breeze and get excited for the festival!☺️

今年も7月1日から始まる博多祇園山笠！

The Giant Kazariyama (decorative floats) Appear from July 1st! ✨✨
The “Hakata Gion Yamakasa” festival has officially begun for the year!

飾り山笠は博多人形師による絢爛豪華な人形が飾られ、
「表」には武者物、「見送り」には童話やテレビアニメが題材になることが多いです。
飾り山笠は、7月1日から15日の午前0時頃まで公開される予定です📸✨😊

細部までこだわり抜かれた博多人形師の職人技は、間近で見るときっと感動します！👏

The decorative Yamakasa floats feature lavish designs and doll figures crafted by Hakata doll artisans.
The front side (“Omote”) often showcases historical warrior themes,
while the rear side (“Miokuri”) frequently features fairy tales or popular anime.

The decorative Kazariyama floats are scheduled to be on display from July 1 until around midnight on July 15. 📸✨😊
