📢 Shiga Job Support Center for foreign Residents] Notice Regarding Operations for FY2026

Dear Valued Partners,

Thank you for your continued support and use of the Shiga Support Center for foreign Residents.

We would like to inform you of several changes regarding the operation of the Shiga Job Support Center for foreign Residents for Fiscal Year 2026.

【1. Change of Operating Contractor】

Effective June 1, 2026, the operating contractor of the Center will change as follows:

【2. Changes to Office and In-Person Consultation Services】

Based on service usage and operational considerations, the office and in-person consultation desk established at Maibara Station during FY2025 will undergo operational changes beginning June 1, 2026.

Going forward, consultations and support services will continue to be provided through various methods, including telephone, email, web-based online consultations, and on-site visits.
Please note that there will be no changes to our email address, telephone number, or website URL, and you may continue using these contact methods as usual.

The Shiga Prefecture Foreign Human Resources Support Center remains committed to supporting businesses throughout Shiga Prefecture, and we look forward to continuing our services.

Shiga Prefecture and the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka will co-host a special event for local businesses interested in hiring Vietnamese talent.

This is a valuable opportunity to learn about the current situation in Vietnam, hear case studies from local companies, and consult with experts regarding visa statuses and recruitment. Shiga Center for Supporting Foreign Human Resources will be closed for the New Year holidays from December 27 (Sat) to January 4 (Sun).
