🇺🇦 📣For the attention of Ukrainian professionals abroad, including in Japan – your international experience can become a significant contribution to Ukraine’s future!
🌻“The Create Ukraine” programme, funded by the Lithuanian Government, invites Ukrainian professionals living abroad to return and work in Ukraine’s public sector, helping strengthen institutions, advance reforms, support recovery, and contribute to the country’s EU accession efforts.
🏛️Selected participants will spend 12 months working in Ukrainian ministries and other state institutions on projects of national importance.
✅The programme is open to Ukrainian citizens aged 22+ who have lived abroad for at least two years and have international work experience and/or a degree from a foreign university.
🚀Launched in 2024, the programme will welcome 26 participants in its upcoming year.
🇱🇹 “Create Ukraine” is modelled on Lithuania’s Kurk Lietuvai programme and includes a study visit to Lithuania focused on public sector innovation, state-building, and EU integration.
