アイスランド大使館のステイナルスドッティル領事が、埼玉県にある筑波大学附属坂戸高等学校を訪問しました🇮🇸
アイスランドのドキュメンタリー映画「女性の休日」の上映後、領事はアイスランドにおけるジェンダー平等について講演を行い、より平等な社会の実現に向けたこれまでの歩みや現在の取り組みを紹介しました。
その後の質疑応答では、生徒や保護者の皆さまから多くの示唆に富んだ質問が寄せられ、さまざまな視点から活発な意見交換が行われました。
また、実践的な学びを重視した教育環境や、地域社会とのつながりを大切にする学校の取り組みに深い感銘を受けました。
温かく迎えてくださった生徒の皆さま、保護者の皆さま、教職員の皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。今回の訪問は、当館んkとっても大変思い出深いものとなりました。
Steinarsdóttir, Consul of the Embassy of Iceland, recently had the pleasure of visiting Senior High School at Sakado, University of Tsukuba in Saitama Prefecture🇮🇸
Following a screening of the Icelandic documentary The Day Iceland Stood Still, the Consul delivered a lecture on gender equality in Iceland, sharing the country's experience and ongoing efforts toward a more equal society. The discussion that followed was both engaging and inspiring, with students and parents asking thoughtful questions and exchanging a wide range of perspectives.
We were especially impressed by the school's hands-on learning environment and community engagement.
