The U.S. Consulate General Naha will remain closed tomorrow, Tuesday, June 2, due to the typhoon. Please stay safe and continue to monitor local weather updates. If the storm continues as forecast, we anticipate resuming normal operations on the morning of Wednesday, June 3.

台風の影響により、在沖米国総領事館は明日6月2日（火）も閉館します。引き続き最新の気象情報をご確認いただき、安全に十分留意してお過ごし下さい。台風が予報どおりに推移した場合、6月3日（水）から通常業務を再開する見込みです。

Important Passport Reminder for U.S. Citizens

Do NOT travel internationally while your U.S. passport renewal is in process in the United States. If you renew your passport online, your current passport is canceled immediately, even if it appears valid. Attempting to travel with a canceled passport may result in denied boarding or refused entry. Please wait until you receive your new passport before traveling.
