Galole NG-CDF has disbursed Ksh 7.5 million in bursary funds to the Day Schools in Galole Constituency. The next disbursement which is expected to be committed before students resumed their studies after the half-term break, shall be for all boarding schools in Galole.

Today, Tana River County leaders led by Governor Maj (Rtd) Dr Dhadho Godhana held a meeting with CS Aisha Jumwa over the allocation of 5 acres of NYS land for the construction of Madogo Market in Bura Sub-County.

Galole Member of Parliament, Hon. Said Posta together with Prime Cabinet CAS, Hon. Rehema Hassan hold a meeting with the PS for the State Department of ASALs and Regional Development Idris Salim Dokota, to discuss matters of development for Tana River County.
Some of the issues discussed in length include making the Boji Mango (Fruit) Processing Plant to be fully operational, Reviving Boji Farmers etc.
The PS has promised to consider Hon. Posta's requests and prioritize Tana River County on matters of development.
