A Day of Gratitude, Fellowship & Service

Gratitude, fellowship and a strong spirit of service took centre stage today as the County Government of Kajiado fraternity joined CO Makarios Tuukuo for a special Thanksgiving Ceremony at his home in Ewuaso Oonkidongi Ward .

The occasion was graced by H.E. Joseph Ole Lenku, EGH, Governor of Kajiado County, who attended as the Chief Guest, alongside our CECM Hon Hamilton Parseina CO Housing Urban Development and Municipalities, Felix Muneria, fellow Chief Officers and County staff.

Indeed, it was a day well spent in thanksgiving, unity and celebration!

The County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Lands, Physical Planning, Housing, Urban Development and Municipalities Hon.Hamilton Parseina represented H.E. Joseph Ole Lenku, EGH at the International Leadership University during the installation ceremony of Prof. Kivutha Kibwana as the Chancellor of the institution.

The ceremony brought together leaders from government, academia and other sectors to celebrate a significant milestone in the university’s journey and to recognise the importance of visionary leadership in advancing education and national development.

The County Government of Kajiado congratulates Prof. Kivutha Kibwana on his appointment and installation, and wishes him great success as he takes on this important role. His wealth of experience, leadership and commitment to public service will be invaluable in strengthening the university’s mandate and contributing to the development of future leaders.
