Empowering Our Delegates Through Training.
Kenya Highlands Sacco continues to invest in the knowledge and capacity of its delegates through a dedicated Delegates Training Session focused on Sacco operations and the cooperative movement.
The training was attended by Kenya Highlands Sacco Chairman Mr. Richard Mutai, Board of Directors, and Sacco CEO Madam Alice Koskey, who joined in equipping delegates with valuable knowledge on effective cooperative governance, leadership, member representation and the role of delegates in the growth and success of the Sacco.
Empowered delegates make informed decisions, strengthen member engagement and contribute to a stronger, more sustainable Sacco.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a team from Skyline Sacco for a benchmarking visit.
The team was warmly received by Sacco management and staff, led by our CEO, Madam Alice Koskey.
