3 in every 5 of the common Kenyan person supports the Deputy President and, Luo Nyanza not being an island, we, as the community’s lead grassroots lobby group working with other like-minded groups, are campaigning to have more of our people join the other Kenyans supporting the elevation of the Deputy President by election to the position of president through the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) political party. We are endeared to UDA as it is a voluntary and forward-looking socio-political membership organisation of focused progressive minds interrogating and seeking to find solutions especially lasting economic and political, to momentous issues that have held back and, in some instances, slowed down upward social mobility of the critical mass of the Kenyan population forming the hustler nation. UDA brings fresh ideas and fresh minds into the Luo Nation political landscape and we have faith that through UDA and the presidency of William Ruto, our people the Luo, will finally have a platform for meaningful and informed dialogue between the leadership and the people. To bring to the fore, grow and translate the support the Deputy President is currently enjoying in Luo Nyanza specifically and generally in the Lake Front Counties into votes;
ii. To educate and embolden the Luo people that pursuant to Article 38 of the constitution, the Deputy President has a stake in Luo Nyanza and any Luo person has the right and the freedom to campaign and vote him for president
iii. To open up the Luo Nyanza democratic space as is in other Kenyan communities, to allow our people confront the obsessive focus of retaining power by a filial, centralized and unaccountable political leadership;
iv. To confront misinformation and disinformation coming in as propaganda designed to pre-empt demands for greater democratization by the common Luo person leading to Luos electing in every election, leaders unaccountable to the electorate, but to the architects of the propaganda machine.
