A reminder that auditing always carries two faces of the same coin.

One side is accountability.The other is giving credit where it’s due.

Good audits are not designed around friendliness, comfort, or criticism.They are designed around continuous improvement, operational discipline, and protecting standards.

In aviation, details matter.The smallest overlooked process can become the biggest future problem.

But audits also reveal excellence.The engineers, crew, and teams who consistently uphold standards deserve recognition just as much as discrepancies deserve correction.
