TESO AT HEART (TAH) – WEEKLY MEETING SUMMARY
The meeting was officially opened with a word of prayer by Lukas.
-It was then chaired by David Omasaja, assisted by Peter Wanga.

Agendas:
1.Welfare Clarifications
2.Any Other Business (AOB)

1. Welfare ClarificationsThe TAH Welfare is now active with immediate effect.
It operates independently and is not limited to the monthly subscription.All registered TAH members qualify for welfare benefits.

Scope of Welfare Support:The welfare primarily supports members during:
-Loss of a loved one
-Death of a member
NOTE Sickness is not officially covered, but:
Members may consider support depending on severity and *No* formal commitment has been established

Covered Beneficiaries:
1.The Member
2.Spouse
3.Biological Children (below 18 years or in school)
4.Biological Parents of the Member

Contribution Guidelines:
In the event of loss of a principal member:
-TAH will liaise with the family and burial committee and
EACH member will contribute Ksh 1,000.
-In the event of loss of a covered dependent,
EACH member will contribute Ksh 500.

⚠️ Note:
Welfare contribution is compulsory for all tah registered members, and active participation is required to qualify for support.

2. Any Other Business (AOB)Members were encouraged to:
-Continue confirming maize buyers, especially for maize stored at the Secretary’s (Lukas) residence

-Plans for a physical TAH meeting
-Early preparations for the End-Year AGM
