On Tue 8th-Mar-2016, SAWASCO management team concluded her one week long tour of the 6 urban schemes of the county at Archer's Post.

We visited various zones of the town and attending to consumers complaints and immediate fixing of the technical problems ensuring constant and smooth supply of water to the residents.

More emphasis has been put in extending the pipeline infrastructure to as far as Lorubae water kiosks and distribution backbones for private tappings by residents to their plots.

SAWASCO management team is pleased to express her pleasure to the management of Samburu Sarova Shaba Lodge for the willingness to expose us to their water systems and water purification plant of 3 chamber and 12 membranes reverse osmosis water desalination system.

We would also like to appreciate the manager for welcoming us for lunch.

This brings to an end a one week exercise of touring all the 6 urban schemes in the county that begun mid last week.

SAWASCO now offers online Customer Care support by LiveChat. The same Facebook-like chatbox appears on the bottom-right corner of the site and once clicked, it rings the operator to chat the online customer requiring support.

However this chat-service will go active beginning Wed 2nd-Mar-2016 when an Operator will be on the desk.

The Chat box also allows a customer to upload a file e.g. a scanned copy of bill in case of a complaint.
