Blessings 1

Beloved,

Every right choice you make, you are making it easier on those that come after you. When you live a life of excellence and integrity, being your best, helping others—those are seeds that will not only make your life fuller and more rewarding, but your children and grandchildren will be better off because of the way you lived.

No person lives or dies unto himself. The choices you are making will affect your family line for generations to come. I want my relatives to do great things in life because of me, not in spite of me. Our children have enough things to overcome without having to deal with our negative baggage.

Your life can either be a stepping stone for your family to go higher or a stumbling block that causes them to struggle. Negative things may have been passed down to you, but God raised you up to put an end to it. You can be a difference maker.

We hear a lot about the generatio -nal curse, but there is something called a generational blessing.

The scripture talks about how you can store up mercy for your children and future generations.

I know I am where I am today, in part, because of the way my parents and grandparents have lived. I am reaping a harvest from seeds that they sowed.

ARE YOU A PROCRASTINATOR? 2

Someone who is fond of wasting time/resources instead of investing them wisely. Are you an investor or a waster? (Pro.18v9).

Someone with the habit of postponing things. Tomorrow is the only day that appeals to a lazy man. It’s time to be decisive!

What kind of person are you when it comes to procrastination? Are you winning the warfare against procrastination in your life? I believe victory is your heritage as you confront this dreaded enemy of your destiny. I’ll see you at the top!

Prayer

Precious Holy Spirit, I rebel against every form of procrastination in my life today in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: I say no to procrastination. It shall not dominate or rule my life. I renounce every form of laziness, excuses and indecision in my life. I refuse to serve procrastination anymore. I choose to be decisive and action-oriented. I am proactive and not passive. I am pushing and pressing forward. I am embracing a new attitude and mentality to my assignment and thing. Heavenly Father, please help me to stand true to my commitment and purpose.

ARE YOU A PROCRASTINATOR?1

Beloved ,

Procrastination is the fertilizer that makes difficulties grow and it’s also a thief of your blessings. It has the potential of robbing you of your destiny, if you allow it. It robbed Felix the governor the opportunity of getting saved when Apostle Paul stood before him in (Acts 24v25). He delayed instead of taking action. Delay can be dangerous at times. This is why you need to deal with the habit of putting off till tomorrow what ought to be done now Col.4v5

How can you know whether you are a procrastinator or not? How can you recognise a procrastinator?

Traits of a procrastinator:

A procrastinator is:

Someone with the habit of making excuses. Are you fond of making excuses or taking responsibility? (Lk.14v18).

Someone who is always wishing instead of acting. If wishes were horses, beggars would ride one. A procrastinator is always full of wishes; they never backup their words with actions Lk.15v17-18,20.

Someone who is fond of blaming things or others for their misfortunes. They find it easier to pass the buck instead of taking up the challenge (Gen.3v11-13).

Someone with a lazy attitude. Procrastinators are lazy people and lazy people are procrastinators. Both of them walk hand-in-hand. You cannot separate the two (Pro.22v13).

Someone who is fond of quitting instead of persevering. This is how you know a procrastinator. They are quitters and not finishers. Remember that quitters never win and winners never quit. Are you a winner or a quitter? (Matt.10v22).

The Power Of Your Expectation 2

So what can your expectation accomplish? Your expectation can get a lot of things done, such as the following:

It can turn your desires into realities. This is the kind of power that your expectation possesses. Expectation is the mother of Manifestation. What you expect is what you will get. This is why you need to be mindful of what you are expecting or wishing for because you will attract what you are expecting. This is a proven spiritual law. Whatsoever you expect, that is what you'll receive, i.e. if you are expecting good things to happen, that is what you will get. This is why you need to start paying attention to the things you desire so that the power of expectation can work for your good (Pro.10v24; Job 3v25-26).

It can keep you alive and healthy. This is another power that your expectation carries. This means that your expectation can either keep you alive or dead. It can either keep you healthy or sick. It just depends on what you are expecting. Whether it’s good or bad (Pro.13v12). This is how powerful your expectation is and this is why you need to pay attention to it. It was the power of Simeon’s expectation that keep him alive enough to see the Saviour, our Lord Jesus Christ. He testified of this himself in (Lk.2v29). The Power Of Your Expectation 1

Beloved ,

Powerful expectations shape our mindset, actions, and results in life. Not everyone realizes the awesome power of their expectation otherwise things will have been quite different from what it is now. I believe this is why this message is coming your way. You need to tap into the amazing power that God has placed in your expecta- tion as a Believer. As you can see from the scripture in (Pro.23v17-18) that you have no business being envious of unbelievers if you realize what kind of power you have in your expectation. This power is not meant for decoration but for your manifestation and it’s time for you to harness this power. Expectation means hope, anticipation, or confidence. It’s something that you long for or waiting for. It’s the feeling that something good is about to happen. So, precious child of God, are you living below the principles of your expectation, or are you maximizing the power of your expectations? The answers you give to this question will determine where you are with regard to the power of your expectation.

Declaration of Hope: 2

41 Is Coming

Beloved ,

Whether you’re stuck in the storms of life; in serious need of a second chance; stranded in the wilderness of unexpected circumstances or unfulfilled expectations; facing what seems to be an unbeatable giant; or bearing up against unspeakable temptation, I have two words for you: DON’T QUIT!

As much as you may feel like giving up or giving in, please don’t do it. Don’t go under. Don’t throw in the towel. You can hold on and stay strong. Eventually, the rain will stop, an oasis will appear, grace and mercy will be extended, your giant will fall, and a new day will dawn. Forty-one will come.

God can use anyone.

God can use anything.

Even a football game?

Yes.

God’s already moving in your future.

Trust Him.

Forty-one will come.

Declaration of Hope: 1 ‘41 Will Come’

Beloved ,

Perhaps you’ve heard a sermon or two about the significance of the number 40 in the Bible, but this talk was specifically about the number that comes after 40. Here it is in a nutshell:

After Noah built the ark, it rained for 40 days and 40 nights. Day 41 came, and the rain stopped.

After Moses committed murder, he hid in the desert for 40 years. Year 41 came, and God gave Moses a second chance—commissioning him to rescue Israel from slavery in Egypt.

After the Exodus, the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness for 40 years. Year 41 came, and a new generation entered the Promised Land.

For 40 days, Goliath bullied and taunted Israel, just begging for someone to come fight him. Day 41 came, and David stepped up and slew the giant.

For 40 days, Jonah delivered a message of doom and gloom to the city of Nineveh—that God was going to destroy them because of their wickedness. Day 41 came, and God changed his mind and instead extended mercy because the Ninevites had responded and repented.

After being baptized in the Jordan River, Jesus fasted in the desert for 40 days and was tempted by the devil. Day 41 came, the devil fled, angels showed up, and Jesus launched his monumental ministry.

The pattern is clear. The number 41 represents the dawn of a new day — the hope and promise that if you don’t quit, the rain will stop, the giant will fall, and you will enter your “promised land.”

God believes in second chances.

Your fulfilled vision is right around the corner.

Your 41 will come.

Seek After GOD,Not Miracle 5

The sorcerers in the pulpit should repent and quit. They should renounce their covenants with Satan and accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

Sincere seekers of Jesus Christ should seek after Him first, not miracles. Miracles are real. Believe God for your miracles but don’t let desperation make you fall into the hands of charlatans. God will give you your miracles. There is no problem God cannot solve. With God, nothing will be impossible (Luke 1:37). What is impossible with man is possible with God (Luke 18:27). All things are possible with God (Matthew 19:26b; Mark 10:27b). He is the God of all flesh, and nothing is too hard for Him (Jeremiah 32:27).

TAKE ACTION!

If you are not born again, you need to give your life to Jesus now. Take the following steps: *Admit that you are a sinner, and cannot save yourself, and repent of your sins. *Confess Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. *Renounce your past way of life – your relationship with the devil and his works. *Invite Jesus into your life. *As a mark of seriousness to matu -re in the faith, start attending a Bible-believing, Bible-teaching, and Bible-practising church. There, they will teach you how to grow in the Kingdom of God.

Kindly say this prayer now: O Lord God, I come unto You today. I know I am a sinner, and I cannot save myself. I believe Jesus is the Son of God who died on the cross to save me, and God raised Him on the third day. I repent of my sins and confess Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I surrender my life to Jesus now and invite Him into my heart. By this prayer, I know I am saved. Thank You, Jesus, for saving me and making me a child of God.

I believe you have said this prayer from your heart. Congratulations! You must join a Bible-believing, Bible-teaching, and -practising church.

I pray that you flourish like a palm tree and grow like a cedar of Lebanon. May you grow into Christ in all things and become all God wants you to be. I will be glad to hear from you.

Seek After GOD,Not Miracle 4

Human beings always seek miraculous signs before they believe the servants of God. But don’t wait for a miracle before you believe in God or accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. Seek after God, not miracles. Don’t follow Jesus because of the miracles you need.

During His earthly ministry, Jesus performed many miracles in people’s lives and genuine miracles are still being done today in His name. Nevertheless, miracles should not be a condition for you to believe in Jesus. Jesus said to Thomas, “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me” (John 20:29 New Living Translation).

If you are a minister of God, be true to God, your calling, and the people you minister to. Do not become a false minister because of financial pressure or desire for crowd or fame. Devote your time to the Word of God and prayer. Believe God to use you to perform genuine miracles in the lives of people. Don’t stage-manage miracles.

Miracles Without A Message

Only genuine repentance will save such people from hell, not rebran -ding! The sorcerers in the pulpit must repent before they perish. Association with genuine servants of God won’t deliver them from God’s wrath. Peter told Simon the sorcerer, “Your money perish with you, because you thought that the gift of God could be purchase -d with money! You have neither part nor portion in this matter, for your heart is not right in the sight of God. Repent therefore of this your wickedness, and pray God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be forgiven you” (Acts 8:20-22 ).

However, there are still many genuine, anointed prophets and teachers, authentic ministers of God, who are still contending earnestly for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people (Jude 3). They are not removing the ancient landmark which the fathers have set (Proverbs 22:28).

These genuine servants of God must be careful of people like Simon the sorcerer who only want to use their association with them to further their selfish interests and undermine the kingdom of God. Paul warned, “Do not lay hands on anyone hastily, nor share in other people’s sins; keep yourself pure” (1 Timothy 5:22).

Jesus has warned that,if possible, the false prophets would deceive the elect. “For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you before -hand” (Matthew 24:24-25). Mark 13:22-23 says a similar thing. And some Christians are being deceiv -ed today by supposed miracle workers and super prophets! Several non-believers are also victims.
