KNUT Kuria branch Hosted Their 10th Anniversary today at Moi Nyabohanse Girls High School.
The event was graced by KNUT Secretary General Hon.Collins Oyuu and Mrs Monica Muniko Motari, wife to PS Joseph Motari, who was also accompanied by other guests including Mrs Rebbeca Gati Director Lake Basin Development Authority

Mrs. Monicah reminded the teachers that teaching is a calling and urged them to keep up the good work , she also used this opportunity to donate Sanitary towel to the students who were present at the event.

The KNUT Secretary General addressed several issues that teachers undergo and asked the government to listen to the teachers demands

Wife to PS Social Protection and Senior Citizens Affairs Joseph Motari , Monica Muniko Motari gifted a house to Ann Rioba of Nyaroha Village in Kuria East Constituency. Ann, who is mentally challenged , is raising two children who are living with special needs. Mrs. Motari supported the family with food stuff and basic necessities.

Due to his love for education and spiritual well being of people, PS Social protection was honored to be invited at the Mabera SDA church where he sent representatives to give a contribution towards the building of the church.

The PS was also a guest of honor at the PEFA komomange where a fundraiser was happening to ensure 35 school going children are taken care of, considering most children from this area come from under privileged families.

"Through my mandate to ensure social protection for all Kenyans, i will do my best to ensure all the vulnarable persons in our community are taken care off”PS.

Even as the national examinations take shape, Mama Monica Motari sent a support team to represent her at Nyankore Secondary and Moheto Secondary (Dr. Machage) in Migori County Present was MCA Hon. Magawe and Hon. Machumbe, she donated food commodities, Sanitary Towels and Geometrical sets to support girls to stay in school and concentrate on their exams.

She has urged leaders and even well wishers to hold students hands especially during the harsh economic times.

She has equally wished all candidates all the best in their examination.
