COMPLETE LIST: KEY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN CENTRAL KANYAMKAGO WARD, URIRI CONSTITUENCY DONE BY GOVERNOR SINCE AUGUST 2022

The mandate and solemn promise of Migori County Government was to ensure development works and reaches all wananchi when the governor took over from August 22.

During this period of about three financial years, we have taken and implemented visible tangible projects in Central Kanyamkago ward, in Uriri constituency by working closely with wananchi and area MCA Hon. Eunice Odii.

We know residents of the ward, including Uriri MP Hon. Mark Nyamita and our senator Hon. Eddy Oketch will continue to benefit from these and more projects we have in line for the ward and the entire county.

Migori County Government led by our Deputy Governor Dr. Joseph Mahiri and officers from the Migori County Department of Water and Energy visited ECDE students and teachers at Chacha Maroa Primary School before having a sit down with entire school and local representatives for a feasibility assessment on the drilling and equipping of a borehole to supply clean, reliable water not only to the school, but also the surrounding community.

As it can be seen from the first photo, only a goat patch connected two villages but this is set to change once we finish and launch the Sagati area bridge in Nyabasi East Ward, Kuria East fully funded by this administration.

When completed the road in the background will be expanded and opened to allow motorists to easily use the area which was locked out completely since independence.

This is thanks to the astute leadership of Governor Ochilo Ayacko.
