Day 2 of public hearings on the Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2025 took place at the Jomvu Sub-County Complex. The Bill seeks to embed the NG-CDF, NGAAF, and Senate Oversight Fund into the Constitution. The turnout was impressive, with around 75% of participants voicing strong support for the proposed amendments. Appreciation was extended to Jomvu residents for their active participation and valuable input.

Together with patron Hon Badi Twalib Bady we launched Maganda Primary School, Maganda ACC office and Maganda Police station all fully funded by the NG-CDF JOMVU.
These projects are as per our 5 year strategic plan that seeks to develop new education infrastructure in line with the new curriculum (Maganda primary sch), boost security in the area (maganda police) as well as enhance accessibility of government services to miritini residents (Maganda ACC office).

New Badi Twalib High School in Jomvu Kuu ward is slowly taking shape.

Badi Twalib High school will be the second public secondary school in Jomvu Kuu ward and it will help to decongest Jomvu Girls High School.

This is all part of our 5 year strategic plan of developing new education infrastructure in line with government CBC curriculum and access to quality education for all.
