Mombasa International Show 2026

The Mombasa International Show 2026 marked a special milestone for BRS as our flagship and inaugural show in the Coastal City!

BRS Strengthens Partnership & Collaboration with ICPAK

Earlier today, BRS welcomed the National Chairman of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), CPA Prof. Elizabeth Kalunda, for a courtesy call and engagement with the Service at our offices in UpperHill, Nairobi.

The engagement provided an opportunity to explore areas of mutual interest, with collaboration and partnership taking centre stage in strengthening institutional relations and advancing shared objectives.

CPA Prof. Elizabeth Kalunda was welcomed by CPA Erastus Mbalu, Deputy Director /Head of Finance & Accounts and Dr. Yusuf Saleh, Deputy Director, HR & Administration.

Thinking of Closing Your Company?

Public Trustee Department Undertakes Benchmarking Tour at BRS

Earlier today, the Business Registration Service (BRS) Director General, Kenneth Gathuma, hosted a delegation from the Public Trustee Department, led by Public Trustee Task Force Chairperson Ms. Linda Murila, for a benchmarking tour at BRS offices in Nairobi.
The engagement provided the delegation with practical insights into BRS’s institutional systems, regulatory and compliance frameworks, registration and incorporation processes, and service delivery, drawing from the Service’s reform journey.
The benchmarking tour formed part of consultations between BRS and the Task Force on the Incorporation and Institutional Transformation of the Public Trustee Department, with BRS sharing its institutional experience to inform the Department’s ongoing transformation.
The delegation toured BRS’s offices and working environment, gaining first-hand insight into the Service’s operations, systems and service delivery processes, particularly its approach to structuring registration and incorporation functions.
The engagement underscores the value of inter-agency learning, knowledge sharing and collaboration in strengthening public institutions, enhancing accountability and delivering better services to Kenyans..
