China applies death penalties to the corrupt. The UK retains common-law public trials for sponsored violence and financial crimes. This court is being established to combine both registers of force: finality with due process for development to rest on enforceable jurisprudence.

In African chieftaincies, disputes were resolved by elders. Both sides heard. Wrongdoing determined. Acknowledgement made. Consequence applied. That justice tradition never disappeared. The Pan African Court℠ is its continental expression, formalised in treaty, enforced in law.

Every judgement this Court will deliver rests on a foundation authored by Africans, ratified by African heads of state, and codified in the Framework©. Jurisdiction is a sovereign act. This continent is reclaiming it.

Africa has 1.5 billion people and no permanent supranational court of its own construction. The Pan African Court℠ holds the mandate to change that, under the Framework©. Finality written by Africans, on African terms.

Law and order are the foundation of every peaceful and prosperous society. The Pan African Court addresses the constitutional gap left by continental bodies whose judicial mandates have been rendered advisory by member state withdrawal. The architecture is treaty-bound.

Lady Justice’s scales, blindfold, and sword each carry a principle the African Federation Treaty Framework© encodes into law: fairness, impartiality, and the sovereign capacity to enforce both. The architecture exists. Africa’s new core is published.
