Africa is the original designation. Before every subsequent label applied by colonial cartography or commerce, the continent named itself. is under establishment to protect that identity in law.

Before the gavel, there was the Palaver tree. Africa’s pre-colonial legal systems were restorative, community-led and philosophically rigorous long before Western jurisprudence named itself law. The forming Pan African Court (The Pan African Court) is their institutional heir.

Every institution that has ever invested in Africa has priced in the same risk: that the legal environment is unpredictable, that contracts are contested in courts without continental authority, that no final arbiter exists with the independence and reach to enforce a judgment across borders without political interference consuming the verdict before it lands. That risk premium has cost this continent trillions, not in abstract economic modelling, but in infrastructure unbuilt, in sovereign wealth surrendered, in the generations of Africans who paid the price of a legal architecture that was never designed with their interests as its primary obligation.

The Pan African Court℠ is the end of that arrangement. Established as the supreme judicial authority of the African Federation Treaty Framework©, authored by and held by Africa’s Sovereign Development Trust®, The Pan African Court℠ is the continent’s first judicial organ with Supremacy Override capacity, carrying the constitutional power to prevail over conflicting national statutes in matters of mineral governance, monetary policy, defence, and sovereign investment, without requiring separate judicial determination across 54 jurisdictions. Its primary testing phase is advancing at the Nairobi Judicial Secretariat, where it already governs the USD 24 trillion mineral-backed continental mandate through the OmniGaza® quantum-resistant blockchain ledger.

Algorithmic jurisprudence means the record is immutable and the ruling stands. No revision. No political interference. No institutional impunity. To every sovereign wealth fund, development finance institution, impact investor, and head of state currently navigating the fragmentation of 54 separate legal systems: The Pan African Court℠ is being built for the integrity of every transaction made on this continent, and for the 1.4 billion people who have waited long enough for justice to carry finality. Jurisdictional clarity is not a legal luxury. It is the floor of sovereignty.

Courts exist across Africa. None carry jurisdictional authority to enforce inter-governmental judgements, resolve federated transactions or hold public institutions accountable across borders. The Pan African Court℠ under establishment, by design, does.

The by ASDT is advancing with sovereign nations and regional economic communities as the foundation for the African Constitution, strengthening the African Union, operationalising United African Defence Force and The Pan African Court, ending the era of outsourced governance.
