VISIONARIES DONโ€™T WAIT FOR GOVERNMENT TO ACT โ€” THEY CREATE SOLUTIONS.
I laud the launch of a similar community-based emergency response vehicle initiative in Rarieda by Ouma Oluga,Ps The Ministry of Health is a powerful validation that the idea behind mulika jamii in kipkelion east is not only timely, but transformational.
Long before this conversation gained momentum, i envisioned a practical solution to the emergency transport challenges facing our people at the grassroots and mulika jamii initiative became that solution.
Today, seeing similar interventions emerging elsewhere is a reminder that good leadership is about identifying a problem, daring to think differently, and acting before others do.
The present and the future kipkelion east must embrace leaders who see tomorrow today, pioneer solutions and reset the development agenda. We don't just talk about change we demonstrate what change can look like.

I sincerely appreciate and acknowledge the 145 applicants who expressed interest in the Driver position advertised under the Mulika Jamii Initiative Chepseon Ward,your overwhelming response is a clear reflection of the determination, talent and willingness to work among our people, especially our young men and women.
However, the large number of applicants for just one opportunity also paints a worrying picture of the unemployment challenge facing our communities. I therefore make a clarion call to our elected leaders, both at the national and county levels, to urgently come together and develop sustainable interventions that create more employment and economic opportunities for our youth and the wider community.
As leaders, we must do more than acknowledge the unemployment crisis we must actively seek solutions, expand opportunities and empower our people to earn dignified livelihoods. 145 applicants for one position should remind us that every opportunity created can change a life, and that much more needs to be done.

As part of the broader conversation on health and education,Mulika Jamii initiative conducted a successful tours of Tendeno~Soget Ward for an extensive ground familiarization, civic education and community feedback program.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to engage directly with residents, understand their health and development priorities, promote civic awareness, listen to the views and people centred aspirations
Through meaningful dialogue and community participation, Mulika Jamii continues to strengthen the bond between leadership and the people while championing accessible healthcare, informed citizenship, and sustainable community development. Together, we are building healthier, more informed and empowered communities.

Over the weekend Team Ck from across the 4 wards kipkelion east had the priviledge of joining the people of Tendeno Soget Ward at Chebaibai ECD in a community empowerment drive in support of John a dedicated community volunteer whose selfless service has touched many lives.
For years, John has been at the forefront of mobilizing residents, organizing community initiatives, providing leadership, and championing the welfare and development of his people. His commitment is a true reflection of servant leadership, proving that real change begins with individuals who willingly give their time and energy for the common good.
As Team CK Torchit, we remain committed to recognizing and empowering such grassroots champions who inspire hope and drive development in our communities.
