President William Ruto

1. Our financial Situation is NOT Good

2. I will make Government cut on Spending starting with Shs. 300bn this financial year

3. NSSF only serves those on payroll, ( about 3m people only) I will overhaul this system completely to work for all of us including Mama Mboga.

4. I am inviting all Kenyans, specifically Hustlers to open their retirement accounts at NSSF.

5. To encourage savings for hustlers, For every 2 bob saved, Government will add 1 bob.

6. We will disburse Hustler Fund using new media platforms and Technology. Exisisting tech will play a big part in that process and you'd Kenyans in innovation Hubs are welcome to begin working on possible solutions so asto ensure dreams are financed into reality.

7. KRA needs to be People Centric and should be more friendly, I propose to rename it to Kenya Revenue Service.

The Focus is clear, the determination is visible and all eyes are on the promise..

The Boldest Decision taken by President William Ruto yesterday was bringing to an end the FUEL SUBSIDY.

The Subsidy was just a way of a few people making money including Multi-Nationals.

Kenyan tax payers were paying to assure those people Profit.

While that was going on, the cost of Living remained high.

Instead, President Ruto, in his speech took the bolder decision of making Fertilizer available at Shs. 3,500.

He mentioned seed and farm inputs is next.

That way, farmers get empowered, food eventually is produced at lower prices and inflation is checked.

That is the hardworking that the past ignored - but someone needed to bite the bullet and The President on day one did exactly that.

Fuel subsidy has cost Kenya 144B.

60B of that was in the last 4 months. If Kenya went on it would cost country 280b by end of 2022 financial year.

Fuel prices will as a result shoot up, but the solution will begin, end of shortcuts aimed at benefitting a few.

2. I illustrate the role of the CJ using the famous American case of Brown v Board of Education. The case was first heard by the Supreme Court for 5 hours of oral arguments under the leadership of CJ Vinson. After arguments the Court was deadlocked at 7:2 to dismiss the case
3. On 8.9 1953 Vinson died suddenly died of heart attack at the age 63. President Eisenhower picked California's three time Republican Governor Earl Warren as néw Chief Justice. Earl Warren ordered a fresh hearing of Brown v Board of Education.
4. Deploying his full charm during the court's conferencing Earl Warren persuaded his fellow judges to return 9:0 unanimous decision ending segregation in America.
5. Justice Frankfurter mesmerised by the turn of events(the death of Vinson and appointment of Earl Warren) stated: "this is the first solid piece of evidence I've ever had that there is a God".
