UDA Deputy Secretary General and Emuhaya MP Hon. Omboko Milemba successfully concluded a series of grassroots engagement meetings across Vihiga Sub-County, bringing together hundreds of elected UDA delegates from 54 polling centres in Mungoma, Lugaga-Wamuluma, South Maragoli, and Central Maragoli Wards.

The engagements reaffirmed UDA’s commitment to strengthening party structures, deepening grassroots democracy, fostering unity, and expanding citizen participation in leadership and development.

Delegates pledged to intensify mobilization efforts and champion the party’s agenda at the grassroots, further solidifying UDA’s growing influence across the region.

Hon. Milemba underscored Vihiga’s strategic political significance, noting that the county’s voice, aspirations, and voting strength remain critical to the nation’s political future. He called upon party members to remain united, focused, and steadfast in advancing the transformative agenda of the United Democratic Alliance for the benefit of all Kenyans.

The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Secretary General, Sen. Hassan Omar Hassan hosted the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Kenya, H.E. Guo Haiyan to officially commission a modern Science Laboratory at Bedzimba Comprehensive School in Junda Ward, Kisauni Constituency, Mombasa County.

The state-of-the-art facility, funded through the support of the Chinese Embassy in Kenya, is expected to significantly strengthen the positive outcomes at the Junior Secondary School level.

Speaking during the commissioning ceremony, Sen. Hassan Omar expressed appreciation to the Ambassador Guo, Government and people of China for their continued commitment to advancing development and community empowerment in Kenya.

Sen. Hassan noted that Kenya-China relations have evolved into a strategic and mutually beneficial partnership whose impact is visible across various sectors, including education, infrastructure, technology, and human capital development.

"The stable friendship between Kenya and China continues to deliver tangible benefits to our people and reflects the shared aspiration of our two nations to foster inclusive development and sustainable prosperity," he remarked.

In her address, Ambassador Guo Haiyan reaffirmed China's commitment to deepening its longstanding partnership with Kenya through initiatives that advance socio-economic development and support the Kenyan Government's empowerment programmes across all spheres of human endeavour, anchored in the principle of building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Amb. Guo underscored the importance of investing in young people as catalysts and guarantor of innovation, progress, and societal transformation.

UDA Party Candidate for Ol Kalou Constituency By-Election, Hon. Samuel Muchina Nyagah together with Mrs. Jackie Kiaraho, today joined over 200 young men and women at Ol Kalou TTI during their graduation after successfully completing ICT courses under the Jitume Programme.

The graduation marks a major milestone in empowering the youth of Ol Kalou with digital skills, innovation and practical opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship in the digital economy.

We congratulate all the graduates for taking a bold step towards securing their future and encourage them to remain focused, resilient and determined as they pursue their dreams.

The Chairperson of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and also the Chair of the Caucus of State Corporations Chairpersons, Hon. Ugas Mohammed paid a courtesy call on the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Secretary General Sen. Hassan Omar Hassan at his office in Hustler Plaza.

The two leaders discussed the pivotal role of CMA in deepening Kenya’s capital markets, broadening access to finance, attracting local and foreign investment, and mobilizing resources for enterprise development, industrialization, and infrastructure financing in line with the Government’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).

Sen. Hassan Omar underscored CMA’s strategic position as the regulator of Kenya’s capital and commodities markets, noting that a vibrant and inclusive investment ecosystem is essential for driving economic growth, creating jobs, generating wealth, and unlocking opportunities for millions of Kenyans.

The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Secretary General, Sen. Hassan Omar Hassan graced the reception in commemoration of the 128th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence hosted by Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Kenya, H.E. Marie Charlotte G. Tang.

The reception brought together senior government officials, business leaders, diplomats and friends of the Philippines to celebrate the nation's rich history, cultural heritage, and development achievements, while reaffirming the longstanding bonds of friendship and cooperation between Kenya and the Philippines.

In line with the Government’s commitment to strengthening diaspora engagement and fostering a conducive business environment, as envisioned in the UDA Manifesto, our Executive Director, Nicodemus Bore, and Director of Events Planning and Logistics, Sam Mwangi, paid a courtesy call on Kenya’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Ambassador Maurice Makoloo, and his team in London.
