Over 500 households in Wanjohi Ward, Nyandarua County will benefit from the Michore Borehole Water Project, now moving into the distribution phase.
A 4km main pipeline is complete, with 9km of additional lines underway to connect homes. The borehole produces 32m³ of water per hour, strengthening access, livelihoods, and local economies across the county.
Backed by the County Government and the FLLoCA programme, the KSh 11.5M project includes a high-yield borehole, solar-powered system, and an 80m³ pressurized steel tank, ensuring a reliable, sustainable water supply.
