สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงไนโรบี ขอประชาสัมพันธ์มาตรการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสอีโบลา ดังนี้
1. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2569 ผู้ที่เดินทางมาจากสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยคองโกและยูกันดา ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่เขตโรคติดต่ออันตราย จะต้องกักตัวเป็นเวลา 21 วัน
2. ลงทะเบียน เพื่อกรอกประวัติการเดินทางและสุขภาพ
- ชาวต่างชาติ ลงทะเบียนผ่าน Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
- คนไทย ลงทะเบียนผ่านระบบ Thai Health Pass
3. เมื่อเดินทางถึงประเทศไทย - เจ้าหน้าที่ด่านควบคุมโรคฯ จะรอรับ เพื่อตรวจวัดไข้ สอบถามอาการป่วย และสอบถามที่อยู่ เบอร์ติดต่อ และ Email - เจ้าหน้าที่ด่านควบคุมโรคฯ จะพิจารณากักกัน (สำหรับผู้ไม่มีอาการ) และแยกกัก (สำหรับผู้มีอาการ) รายละเอียดตามแผนภาพ
ทั้งนี้ กระทรวงสาธารณสุขจะรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการแยกกัก/กักกันในช่วง 72 ชั่วโมงแรก (3 วัน) หลังจากนั้น ผู้เดินทางจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเอง
4. หากฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของพนักงานควบคุมโรคติดต่อจะมีโทษปรับ หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

The Royal Thai Embassy in Nairobi wishes to publicize the following preventive measures against Ebola Virus Disease (EVD):
1. Effective from 26 May 2026, all travellers from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda, which are areas considered as affected by the EVD, are required to undergo quarantine for a period of 21 days.
2. Travelers are required to register and provide their travel and health information as follows:
- Foreign nationals are required to register and provide their travel and health information via the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) platform.
- Thai nationals are required to register and provide their travel and health information via the Thai Health Pass platform.
3. Upon arrival in Thailand:
- Communicable Disease Control Officers will be on standby to receive travelers, conduct temperature screening, inquire about any symptoms, and collect information regarding their residential address, contact number, and email address.
- Communicable Disease Control Officers will determine whether travelers should be placed under quarantine (for asymptomatic persons) or isolation (for symptomatic persons), in accordance with the procedures outlined in the infographic below.
The Ministry of Public Health will cover the costs of quarantine or isolation during the first 72 hours (3 days). Thereafter, travelers will be responsible for all related expenses themselves.
4. Any violation or failure to comply with the orders of a Communicable Disease Control Officer shall be subject to a fine, imprisonment, or both, in accordance with the law.
