☑️Connecting Northern Kenya to regional markets through strategic highways and maritime infrastructure.

☑️Supporting cross-border trade.

☑️Expanding Kenya's gateway to the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

☑️Opening new frontiers for logistics, manufacturing, tourism, energy and agriculture.

As a result, towns are rapidly developing, investors are streaming in and businesses are developing. Economic Transformation is cumulative. Every completed kilometer, every vessel received, every investor engaged and every market connected builds momentum for the next stage of development.

The most transformative infrastructure is measured not only by what has been built today, but by the opportunities it unlocks for decades to come.

The Special Economic Zone is undoubtedly about to change industrialization in Kenya. With a transformative oil refinery proposed for Lamu County, the SEZ is not only strategically placed provide all needed access to invest in this fast growing economy in the region, but also global access through 's Key project, .

History shows that world-class ports become truly transformative when industries grow around them. For example, the industrial ecosystems surrounding Jebel Ali Port UAE, Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), which was established in 1985. Today, it hosts 11,000+ companies from over 150 countries, including more than 100 Fortune Global 500 companies. Jurong Port (Singapore) was planned as an industrial estate in the 1960's. Before, it was largely swampland, mangroves, forests, plantations, and fishing villages. By 1970, the port had already surpassed 1 million tonnes of cargo, prompting rapid expansion with additional deep-water berths and warehouses.

Will your next investment be where Africa's next industrial hub is taking shape?
