One of our Grade Nine visitors put it perfectly: “When you are in a difficult situation, ask for help before it is too late.” That’s the Screamer’s real lesson. High-challenge activities surface how people behave under pressure, who freezes, who over-controls, who asks for help, and gives facilitators a live moment to coach better habits. It’s team development you can’t get in a boardroom.

Why do students (and employees) remember one day outdoors better than a term of lectures?
