At Solio Ranch Conservancy, love comes in the form of care, patience, and protection. This Mother’s Day, we celebrate Brenda and the incredible motherly bond she shares with orphaned baby rhinos — nurturing them with compassion every single day. ❤️🦏

This week we visited Mukadamia ,Lamuria and Riacho Comprehensive School that are part of our community project and spent time with the students. Thanks to the donations, we surprised the class bests with baskets filled with rice, cookies, and other everyday essentials to take home.

Congratulations to all the class bests, your hard work and dedication in school truly deserve to be celebrated. Seeing the smiles and happiness on the children’s faces was such a special moment for all of us.

Supporting our community and encouraging children through education is something very close to our hearts at Solio. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.

This Labour Day, we honor not just the work we do, but the purpose behind it and the people who make it possible.

On 25th April 2026, Solio Game Reserve, in collaboration with City Eye Hospital, successfully conducted a free eye clinic for our staff and Kenya Wildlife Service team stationed in Solio.

The clinic offered essential services including eye screening, cataract checks, eye pressure measurements, and the provision of reading glasses.

We extend our sincere gratitude to City Eye Hospital for their time, expertise, and dedication to improving sight and changing lives.

We would also like to give special thanks to specs for Africa for their incredible generosity in donating all of the reading glasses provided during the clinic. Their support made a meaningful difference to so many.

Because protecting wildlife begins with caring for the people who safeguard it every day.
