Today, I joined the congregation at Praise Centre, Mbale for a spirit-filled worship service, where we gathered to seek God's presence, draw strength from His Word, and fellowship as one family in Christ.

As we continue to navigate life's challenges and opportunities, may we remain steadfast in faith, guided by love, hope, and a commitment to serving one another.

My team joined family, friends, and the Mudungu residents during the burial service of the late Jamin Busena Mwaki, a retired teacher, to pay their last respects and celebrate a life dedicated to education and service.

A strong economy is built when Mwananchi gains access to opportunities, affordable credit, and reliable financial systems that support their ambitions.

I was honoured to join President William Samoei Ruto alongside fellow leaders during the official launch of Shirikiana SACCO at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.

The SACCO represents an important milestone in expanding financial inclusion by providing accessible savings and credit facilities to entrepreneurs, farmers, traders, women, and youth. By unlocking access to capital, it will help drive enterprise growth, create jobs, and strengthen local economies.

I encourage our people to embrace this opportunity, become members, and make full use of the services available. The true impact will be reflected in the livelihoods it improves, the businesses it nurtures, and the prosperity it creates within our communities.

As I wrapped up the day, I engaged with residents at the grassroots level, listening to their concerns, ideas, and aspirations on issues affecting their daily lives.

These interactions continue to deepen our understanding of what truly matters to our people, ensuring that we remain responsive, well-connected, and focused on practical solutions.

Our focus remains clear—to move forward with a clear purpose of improving livelihoods at every level.

Places of worship continue to play a vital role in shaping values, nurturing leadership, and strengthening the social fabric of our communities.

I was honoured to join the NA Speaker Moses Masika Wetang'ula, E.G.H,MP, NA Majority Leader Hon. Kimani Ichung'wah, and other leaders at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Eregi, where we were graciously hosted by Ikolomani MP Hon. Bernard Shinali.

The occasion brought together faithfuls and well-wishers in support of a noble cause that saw the church acquire a new bus and strengthen the Men's Fellowship in its mission of service, evangelization, and community outreach.

Beyond the fundraising, I took the opportunity to speak to the residents, encouraging continued unity of purpose and focus on development. We must remain steadfast, avoid distractions from political detractors, and keep our eyes on the bigger picture of securing our fair share in national development and opportunities.

When we stay united and speak with one voice, we strengthen our influence, expand our opportunities, and position our people more effectively in the national development agenda.

The true strength of any community lies in its people's ability to create opportunities, build businesses, and improve their livelihoods.

I was delighted to join Rt. Hon. Dr. Moses Wetang'ula and fellow leaders in Butere Town for a transformative Women and Boda Boda Empowerment Program hosted by Hon. Tindi Mwale.

By empowering grassroots entrepreneurs, we are not only building resilience and creating jobs but also laying a stronger foundation for long-term prosperity in our communities.

I took the opportunity to reaffirm my call upon the Mulembe nation to remain united and purpose-driven as we continue to advance our development agenda. We must stand together, speak with one voice, and support leadership that is focused on delivery and transformation.

Together, through unity and shared purpose, we can build a stronger, more prosperous future for all.
