This is the money you paid to service providers a long time ago, and you never took it back, e.g., deposits for water, electricity or mobile services. These monies are surrendered to the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA) after 2 years of presumed abandonment for safekeeping until they are claimed by their rightful owners.
